About PSD

The Philadelphia Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.) Division is an elite branch of the Philadelphia Police Department responsible for responding to high-level threats and criminal organizations. PSD operates with precision, efficiency, and discipline—breaching, rescuing, and protecting the community to ensure safety for all citizens. Members of PSD are held to the highest standard; we move fast, strike decisively, and uphold excellence.

Rules

1. Community Conduct

• Respect everyone in the community.
• No harassment, discrimination, or disrespect.
• Follow all Discord Terms of Service.

2. Safety & Privacy

• No sharing personal information or doxxing.
• No IP grabbers or malicious links.
• No explicit or NSFW content.

3. Behavior & Conduct

• No violence, hate speech, or threats.
• No sexual or inappropriate behavior.
• No encouraging self-harm or illegal activity.

4. Server & Permissions

• Do not abuse permissions.
• Notify the Chief before transferring divisions.
• No LOA gaming unless explicitly approved.
• PSD uses a strict two-strike system.
• All Sergeants and above must know all operational codes.

5. In-Game Rules

• Only Supervisors+ can host deployments.
• Stay professional—minimal chat use during operations.
• No arguing in VC or text chat; resolve issues privately.
• Deployments require at least 3 members; less = patrol.
• Communication is mandatory during deployments.
• Emotes and poses are not allowed while on duty.
• NLR applies: after death, forget prior events.
• KOS is permitted if suspect was previously deadly (NLR applies).
• No cuff rushing unless inside safe zones.
• SWAT deployments = 20 minutes | Patrols = 10 minutes.

• Lieutenant: 90 deployments, 110 patrols (14-day lock)
• Captain: 110 deployments, 125 patrols (21-day lock)
• Deputy Commander: 125 deployments, 135 patrols (21-day lock)
• Commander: 135 deployments, 145 patrols (21-day lock)
• Deputy Director / Director: Handpicked by leadership
